Everybody is spreading the motto Anna Hajare. On every lips there is only Anna Hajare. Here There Everywhere only Anna Hajare. What is going on in the country?
On the 65th Independence Day from British rule, a revolution is again started by a 74 year man against corruption. Corruption which is 8.7 on scale of 0-10 made India one of the most corrupted countries in the world. Corruption lead India to face price high, poverty gap, low economical growth and a lot more severe problems. $1.4 Trillion India’s Black Money earned by corruption Stashed in Swiss Banks which is sufficient to fulfill every need of every man in the country for next 50 years. Corruption which is now in the blood of the country and one thing which had a steady growth in India is now challenged by a new Gandhi.
Anna Hajare so called basic man in his later 70’s, where a man relax and enjoy his retirement and fruits of his lifelong work, stands up against corruption. Who thought that a try of protest by this old man after so failure acts before in past history of the country would evolve in great revolution. Great leaders like Kiran Bedi, Santi Bhusan, Arvind Hejriwal and a lot who having national recognition stood next to Anna in his battle. They all fighting for a brighter future of India and especially for the golden principles of India which get vanished in the years of journey of Independent India. The golden principles to support each other, honesty and transparency which is left behind somewhere by cheating, greed, competitive fear… and the ultimate leader corruption. This old man with his great team stood there out for people like us, for our better world tomorrow. He and his men were on ‘Ansan’- A protest fast to express which is a freedom and right given by our democratic country written in the constitution of India. They were arrested to follow the freedom which was celebrated just 24 hr before the incident – What a democratic act taken by government! The police charged them with section 144 that bans the gathering of five or more people – at the park, near Ferozeshah Kotla ground, the venue that the police had earlier told Anna, he could hold his protest fast in. This act is shame for the India Independency and show corrupt politics of government which they hide in name of peace. But Goverment never knew that this foolish act of them lit the fire of revolution in whole India and Anna is continuing the protest fast even in Tihar Jail serving the fire with the Ghee.
The protest started and became a revolution for which media is a significant factor. Media covers and connects whole India which make possible to know every opinion and follow the right track. Media support encourages the people to make a stand. Everyone now is part of the revolution, each man no matter how big or small is standing to protest with and for Anna and his team. Every big face is commenting and supporting Anna. Even some great people like Dr. Kumar Vishwas started protest against the arrest of Anna and his team. Bollywood, Business, Government Employees… everyone is taking part in it. This is the time we are expecting and waiting for. We needed someone to wake us up and make us stand together to fight for ourselves, our country, our future. A leader to guide a path, our leader Anna Hazare. The fire is now ignited in every Indian’s heart and we have duty to save this fire until we get freedom from the corruption. Are you ready to perform the duty and be a part of it?
